Delivery Information

Orders from Bulkmetalsales.com are shipped via LTL Freight.  We sell only in bulk, so all orders must have a minimum total weight of 1000 lbs.  We can prepare you a freight quote for your order or you can make shipping arrangements yourself and use the carrier of your choice.  All freight ships from either our wholesaler's location or our warehouse at 1609 Chase Street, Falls City, NE  68355.  If you arrange your own shipping, carrier must pick up freight at either our wholesaler's location or our warehouse at 1609 Chase Street, Falls City, NE  68355.  Stock usually ships in 20 foot lengths and can be very heavy, so you are responsible for ensuring your carrier's vehicle is capable of carrying the full length stock and can handle the weight.  Stock will not be cut to fit the vehicle.  Fork lift services will be provided at the pickup address during normal business hours.

Emergency Orders w/ Rush Delivery

Non-rush orders are processed and normally ship within 48 to 72 hours.  Emergency orders with Rush Delivery are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment.  We have access to LTL Carriers that utilize a team driving method - thus the wheels never stop turning so your materials are delivered as fast as possible.  Payment for Emergency Orders must be made via Wire Transfer - no other methods of payment are accepted for orders of this type.  You will incur additional fees for LTL Rush Delivery and an additional charge of 25% of the order total for rush processing.

Order Inspection

You are responsible for inspecting the condition of your order before unloading.  Report any damage to the driver immediately and take photos.  Bulkmetalsales.com and our carriers are not responsible for damaged orders not reported prior to unloading.  If the stock in your order or any portion of it is usable despite the damage, do not reject the shipment.  The damaged portion of your order will be replaced and shipped to you at a later date if your claim is approved.

Unloading at Destination

You are responsible for having the facilities to properly unload your order at the delivery address - carrier will not unload.  Remember, stock generally ships in 20 foot lengths and orders can be very heavy, so ensure you have the proper unloading equipment available at the delivery address before ordering.  Take note of your order's total weight and ensure you have equipment that will lift the entire load as it may not be able to be broken down and unloaded individually.  Bulkmetalsales.com and our carriers are not responsible for your inability to properly unload your order at the delivery address and any charges or injury incurred as a result.

Pickup Order in Person

If you have your own means to transport your order, you may pickup your order in person at our warehouse at 1609 Chase Street, Falls City, NE  68355 during normal business hours.  All orders must have a minimum total weight of 1000 lbs and payment must be received and cleared prior to pickup.  Remember, stock is usually 20 feet long and orders can be very heavy, so ensure your vehicle is capable of handling the length and weight.  Stock will not be cut to fit the vehicle.  Fork lift services will be provided at the pickup address.  You are solely responsible for strapping or otherwise securing your order and Bulkmetalsales.com, our employees and contractors are not responsible for any consequential damages or injury.
